Community Capital of Vermont Serves
Micro and Small Businesses Across the State of Vermont!


Community Capital offers financing and other assistance to businesses in Vermont that do not yet meet all the requirements for traditional bank financing.

Financing to Start or Grow Your Business: We provide flexible and affordable financing for eligible and qualified new and growing businesses.

Post-Loan Technical Assistance Grants: Successful applicants receive a business advancement grant of $250 plus at least 10 hours of free, one-on-one assistance from specialized consultants in marketing, financial management, inventory management, and human resources as well as in their specific industry.

Vermont Job Start


Vermont Job Start Loan Program: Administration of Job Start is being transferred from the Vermont Economic Development Authority (VEDA) to Community Capital of Vermont as of May 1, 2008. Community Capital is happy to accept any inquiries and applicants who are interested in a Job Start loan.
